Peter Fennah, Director at Career Synergy Ltd and formerly Director, Career Development Service at Cranfield University School of Management.

Peter inspires business leaders to think in new ways and realise the choices that they have about their own self-development agenda and career paths. He is passionate about helping people to strategically navigate uncertainties and to build confidence in themselves and others. Prior to setting up Career Synergy Ltd he was Director of the Career Development Service at Cranfield School of Management where he turned the Careers Department around, reaching 7th in the World for placement success (Economist, 2007-8) and assisted in the progression to 3rd in the World MBA ranking (Wall Street, 2009).

Peter taught on the MBA Organisational Behaviour modules, created and led the flagship senior leadership assessment centre for all 250+ Exec & FTMBAs and taught Personal & Professional Development across the School’s academic programmes. He has over 12 years’ executive and senior management performance coaching experience across Private and Public Sectors including CEO & one star military personnel. His early career in FTSE 100 petrochemical & financial institutions involved facilitating programmes of change, divisional level exec coaching.

Peter is regularly quoted in the national press on career topics. He is also a Registered Expert Witness for Employment Tribunal & Criminal Court cases.
