Tina Russell, Manager Upgrading & CPD at the CIPD. Tina joined
the CIPD from the Institute of Payroll Professionals where she successfully launched a CPD scheme and recruited over 15% of the membership to participate. Prior to that, for 13 years Tina worked in the Financial Services Industry. At the CIPD Tina manages the new upgrading process, CPD and the new route to membership for Academics.

Tina Russell, the Manager Upgrading & CPD at the CIPD will discuss the new upgrading processes and David Gaines, Membership Adviser and Vice Chair of the Wessex Branch, will also be present and available to provide membership and upgrading advice. This will be followed by a presentation from a student from Bournemouth University on the research undertaken to complete the dissertation.
