Performance Management within the RNLI

Speaker(s): Geraldine Grainger is Head of Training for the RNLI and Principal of the Lifeboat College.

Geraldine joined the John Lewis Partnership straight from university and two years ago she joined the RNLI as Head of Training for the RNLI and Principal of The Lifeboat College.

Event details: Geraldine will give some background into the work of the RNLI in general and the Lifeboat College in particular. She will go on to talk through and illustrate the changes that they are making to the RNLI’s performance management culture. Geraldine will also introduce us to the tools being used in order to generate greater individual responsibility for personal performance and development.
