Nancy Slessenger is Managing Director of Vinehouse essential - a consultancy that focuses on helping organisations find practical solutions to complex people problems. Nancy is the author of many publications including "Difficult People Made Easy"

Nancy is a physics graduate who spent the first ten years of her career working in the electronics industry. Having progressed to Director level, Nancy became an independent consultant before starting her company, Vinehouse. Nancy has notched up over 20 years’ experience in the communications field, coaching, presenting and training all over the UK as well as Europe and in the United States.
