Dear members
I am delighted to have been re-elected as Chair for the Andover & Salisbury Group of the CIPD. We have a number of new faces on the committee, all determined to build on the solid platform developed by the outgoing committee.
Our aims are to encourage networking within the Group and to provide opportunities which educate and inform. With this in mind I hope that our programme of events will prove of interest to you and encourage those who have not attended before to come and join us. The more members who attend, the greater the value of the event.
The committee is keen that the Group should be promoting events that the local membership really wants. We also want to ensure that we cover the whole spectrum of membership, from experienced professionals to people new to the profession and including those just starting out on a programme of study.
