An alternative approach is being taken this year by
the IOW CIPD group which is planned to maximise
networking opportunities for the 100+ CIPD
members who are based on the Island.
Based on a ‘flexible format, we will
experiment with a forum style approach with
members meeting to share information and best
practice on topics decided by them, but may also
invite guest speakers on topics of interest.
An emphasis will be placed on the continuous
professional development needs of members.
All CIPD members based on the Isle of Wight will be
invited to group meetings, which will be organised
with the intention of attracting maximum attendance.
CIPD members visiting the Isle of Wight will be most
welcome to join us at our meetings.
