Welcome to the Home page of the Isle of Wight Group.
The Isle of Wight group Chair is Mike Batcheler.
The alternative approach taken last year by
the IOW CIPD group appeared to work well for the 100+ CIPD
members who are based on the Island.
Based on a flexible format, we will
continue with the forum style approach with
members meeting to share information and best
practice on topics decided by them. In addition we may also
invite guest speakers on topics of interest.
An emphasis will be placed on the continuous
professional development needs of members.
All CIPD members based on the Isle of Wight will be
invited to group meetings, which will be organised
with the intention of attracting maximum attendance.
CIPD members visiting the Isle of Wight will be most
welcome to join us at our meetings.
