Knowledge into Practice Seminar/Conference Series 2011/2012
Knowledge into Practice is a major initiative of the Scottish Partnership and Branches of the CIPD in Scotland and contributes to one of the Partnership’s key objectives, “...to support the development of the professional capability of members, by providing access to leading edge thinking, sharing of best practice and through the provision of a local focal point for advice and guidance on Institute matters.” It also resonates with the Institute’s wider aim of promoting greater dialogue between HR practitioners and academics. For the benefit of both groups, colleagues across the University sector in Scotland have developed an exciting programme of seminars over the coming year that will explore key HR issues in an interactive, informative way and involve both academics and practitioners as speakers and participants. We invite you to join us in what will be a series of opportunities to participate in discussing leading edge research and practice in key areas of HR.
