ACAS (Advisory, Conciliation and Arbitration Service) is an independent organisation funded by the Government. Since its foundation in 1975, ACAS has aimed to improve both: the organisations and people’s working life, through promoting better employment relations. ACAS advisors provide up-to-date information, independent advice, high quality training and also work with employers and employees to solve problems and improve performance.
This seminar aims at demonstrating how ACAS can support employers in various aspects of their role, their duties, responsibilities and rights in relation to the employment relationship as well as in their efforts to constantly improve the employment relations.
