At this daytime Event, Neil will outline a helping model to facilitate the well being of employees, drawing on his wide experience and using practical exercises to reinforce learning.
Neil is the founder and Chief Executive of the Institute of Counselling, which provides education and training for the caring professions, public, private and voluntary sectors and individual students, and has extensive training and experience in delivering experiential learning in this country and overseas.
