Speaker(s):
Jane Walton, Creative Minds
Event details:
The government's Big Society agenda calls on everyone to make their contribution to society so that we can build the capacity of our communities to move forward. The concept of Corporate Social Responsibility has been adopted by organisations as a way to capture how they do this with some companies including CSR activity in their annual reports and as part of their 'bottom line' accounting.
Jane Walton of Creative Minds works with organisations and individuals to develop their CSR strategies with the mutual aims of benefitting the organisation and the communities they are seeking to work with. Using case studies including Northern Rail and Coca Cola as well as SME's Jane will provide delegates with an understanding of CSR which can also impact on HR and PR and contribute to a business's bottom line.
