Event details: It's a well known fact that people learn and retain more when they're having fun. A good workshop will not only enable this to happen but also make the learning easily transferrable by relating everything back to the workplace.

In this session we will be exploring (and having a go at) a wide range of different games, problems and exercises that all have some learning attached. You will leave with a handful of different ideas that you can take back and either put into your own training sessions or use with your teams to liven up meetings. It promises to be a highly interactive session where you will learn how best to use these exercises to get the most out of your people. Come and join in the fun.
