CIPD Annual Conference
2011 saw the introduction of new conference streams and a fantastic line up of speakers.
Delegates were inspired by leading organisations including Coca Cola, BSkyB, O2 and the British Heart Foundation, who shared their best-practice advice on how to tackle the business challenges that face us.
Keynotes included Sir Terry Leahy (Former CEO, Tesco) on 'Leadership, People Management and Growth', an interactive panel discussion on 'Creating a Culture of Innovation Through Your People' and finished with an inspiring session with global business expert Marcus Buckingham exploring the tools needed to ensure employees are leveraging their strengths.
