Qualifications
The CIPD offers qualifications for both experienced coaches and mentors and those eager to become more effective coach-mentors. Whatever your level of expertise, our qualifications will help you gain the competencies, ideas and knowledge you need. Our coaching and mentoring Certificates are designed and run in collaboration with The OCM (formerly the Oxford School of Coaching and Mentoring) and are CAT credit rated by OCM/Oxford Brookes University.
Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring
This qualification is designed to help you develop an understanding of the theory and practice of coaching and mentoring, and is ideal for those aspiring to be highly effective coach-mentors, either as line managers or as dedicated coach-mentors.
Advanced Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring
The Advanced Certificate is designed for coaches, mentors, consultants, HR professionals and others who already have some knowledge and experience of coaching and mentoring, but want to develop their ability to build coaching and mentoring initiatives in a wider range of contexts and at higher levels.

Books, DVDs and toolkits
