Psychology of Diversity

Firmly grounded in psychology, this workshop focuses on how to gain value from cultural uniqueness and benefit from diversity rather than allowing it to build walls. The workshop draws on the cultural, behavioural and mindset shifts required to achieve immediate impact and sustained change when implementing diversity programmes.

Although this course does not focus on formulating diversity policies, it presents the fundamental psychological principles that underlie diversity and its applications in the workplace, and shows how these principles apply to all groups in the diversity framework.

Discrimination and the law

This course examines the impact of discrimination law on the employment relationship and provides an update on new legislation and recent case law.
