Individual tickets

Choose any number of seminars between two and twelve, for exceptional purchasing flexibility. Workshops are double seminars and will therefore be charged as two seminars.

If you purchase six HRD seminars or more, you are also offered a free place at the World HR Congress.

Group tickets

The group ticket is a convenient and cost-effective alternative to the individual ticket for organisations wishing to send several delegates to the event. You will also get one free place at the World HR Congress. Please note you can also purchase extra places at the World HR Congress – please fill in the individual booking for that day.

Group tickets are available to both CIPD members and non-members. Up to six delegates can attend a maximum of twelve seminars per group ticket. Badges for all nominated delegates will be sent to the group co-ordinator, along with joining instructions.

CIPD Student tickets

Please note student tickets are limited and the cost is fixed whether your attend one seminar or the maximum twelve. Student tickets are not eligible for a free place at the World HR Congress.

If you wish to redeem a discount voucher please download the conference booking form or call +44 (0)20 8612 6248 to request one. Return the completed booking form to CIPD with a completed discount voucher attached.

Booking terms and conditions (for all tickets)

Payment must be received before the event as stated in our payment terms.
All payment must be made in pounds sterling.
Payment must accompany all international bookings.
Cancellations must be received in writing and will be acknowledged in writing.
Cancellations received from 1 March 2008 to 28 March 2008, regardless of date booked, are subject to a 25% administration charge.
Where cancellations are received after 28 March 2008, regardless of date booked, the seminar fee is not refundable. However one substitution may be made.
One change to your booking arrangements can be made without charge (substitutions and seminar changes). Otherwise, an administration charge of £47.00 (incl. VAT) will be charged. We will not be able to make changes to your seminar choices after 28 March 2008.

The booking form constitutes a legally binding contract and our terms and conditions take precedence over those of any other organisation in every case.

The CIPD reserves the right to change the details of the event without notice. The programme is correct at the time of going to press. However, alterations may occasionally be necessary due to circumstances beyond our control. Where circumstances force the CIPD to cancel a conference, the liability of the CIPD shall be limited to a refund of any fees paid for that particular conference.

The CIPD is not liable for any consequential loss. Views expressed by speakers are their own. CIPD Enterprises Limited disclaim any liability for advice given or views expressed by any speaker at the event or in notes or documentation provided to delegates.

Please note that for promotional purposes there will be a professional photographer and video production taking place during the event.
