  • Day 1: Whether you are new to Organisation Development (OD) or looking to refine your skills, Day 1 will help you to develop your understanding of the concept, theory and practical application of OD, use OD as a diagnostic tool, develop and deliver OD plans and programmes and give you tips for building integrated HR and OD teams.
