Chris is a highly successful and dynamic facilitator that challenges traditional approaches to learning & development. Business-like yet with a “light touch” is how his delivery style could be best described as he rarely (if ever) uses powerpoint. His interventions are always geared towards addressing targeted learning needs and he mainly specialises in the following areas: Change Management, HR, Leadership & Management Development, Learning & Development, Team Building & Development.
Chris has extensive overseas experience with various organisations in countries such as Algeria, Barbados, Denmark, France, Holland, India, Italy, Kenya, Kuwait, Nigeria, Oman, Sweden, Turkey, Uganda and The United Arab Emirates. In addition to working as a trainer he is often asked to work as a consultant, often during organisational change. He is qualified in personality assessment and uses instruments such as Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, 16PF and FIRO-B regularly for leadership development, team building, career development and executive coaching.
