Liz is a trainer and coach specialising Learning and Development, Management Development and Interpersonal Skills. Liz worked as an L&D specialist in the Civil Service, security and management systems industries and became an independent consultant in 1997, gaining experience across a wide range of industry sectors in the UK and overseas. She helps individuals, teams and organisations learn and grow through coaching, training and consultancy. She helps individuals and organisations improve their communication and connectivity, and creates learning interventions that are challenging, stimulating and fun. Liz is able to work with both processes and people and has a talent for bringing the two together for effective action and results.
