Mr Denis Crowe

Denis is a freelance reward management consultant and until August 2011 worked as the Head of Reward Consulting at Pilat HR Solutions. In 2012 Denis set up his own consulting business, Denis Crowe Consulting Limited. Prior to January 2005, Denis worked as a senior manager in PricewaterhouseCoopers’ human resource consulting practice. His expertise encompasses all aspects of reward management, including: high level reviews of payment systems and reward strategies; pay and grading reviews; performance incentive arrangements; and market pricing of jobs including salary and benefit surveys. He has led a wide range of remuneration engagements in both the public (including executive agencies) and private sectors, across European and International locations. Most of these involved a wider review of business objectives and linking reward policies and practices to business requirements.
