Competency-Based Advanced Level Qualifications

If you've always thought it would be good to get a CIPD qualification to recognise your abilities, but didn’t have the time or the inclination to study what you already know, here is the answer!

The competency-based route is a fast way to get your specialist CIPD qualification without any need for further study. All you need to do is prove that you have the experience and are already working to a high standard in order to be awarded with the relevant CIPD qualification.

If you are interested in doing a competency-based qualification, you must first complete a short telephone diagnostic to help us decide if you qualify for this route.
