Your webkey is your unique access for coaching at work. This can be found on the letter you received confirming your subscription and is of the format CW12345.
To activate your key and access the Coaching at Work online content you will need a CIPD website account. If you are not already logged in you will be prompted to create an account when you enter your access key.
Once you have activated your web key you will not have to do this again each time to log on to Coaching at Work.
