Policy Reviews - Pensions and Whistle-blowing

Hi there,

I'm working on some policy reviews and wondered if anybody has any policies or guidance for best practice that they could share with me in the following areas:

Pensions/Retirement - in particular we are looking to rebrand our Retirement Policy into a Pensions Policy + update to ensure it covers recent changes (Auto enrolment, etc).

Whistle-blowing - at present we just have guidance on this in the staff handbook but we are looking to develop a policy (in particular I'd be interested to see examples from the public sector)
