Amris ATS/Zao Employee Referrals (R320) reflects the partnership between applicant tracking and candidate management and hiring through social media. Zao’s social referral platform includes fun elements using gamification. Amris will also be showcasing their employee-check reference checking platform at the show.

Among the new faces at this year’s show are JroppJobs (R160). Launching in June, this new integrated solution enables job seekers to apply for vacancies in just a couple of clicks. The innovative platform also provides recruiters with valuable information about applicants’ search.

They’ll also be helping in-house recruiters to understand the unused power and potential of data gathered during the recruitment process in a showcase presentation, whether to help identify recruitment and business trends or as a reporting tool. A recent survey by Vacancy Filler Recruitment Software of organisations who recruited on a regular basis found that 80% of respondents said that reporting capabilities was an important part of the recruitment process.

A panel of recruitment experts will lead a learning session with recruitment technology specialist WCN (stand H120) looking at creating more engaging and transparent relationships between brands and applicants at this week's HR Software Show and Recruitment Exhibition 2016.
In its showcase session, ‘Engage: Creating more engaging and transparent relationships between brands and applicants’, WCN will share key advice from its recent run of emerging talent seminars in the US and UK with expert input added from Philip Wilson, Chief Assessor and Chief Psychologist at Civil Service Fast Stream and Carl Du Plessis, a leading resourcing and talent acquisition professional, formerly of Co-operative Bank and Royal Mail.
