Simon is currently the HR Director of Santander UK, where he has overseen the challenges, from a people perspective, of bringing a number of organisations together. Simon started his career as a lawyer and moved into HR after getting involved in various different aspects of HR at Lloyds and Bristol & West. However, it was while he was at Alliance & Leicester that Simon fully moved into HR and became the HR Director in 2008.
