Currently an HR Business Partner at BHS, Vanessa's HR career began in 2007 when she joined BHS as an HR Associate after leaving university. Since then she's held various HR positions in both the BHS head office and retail function – including acting as HR Advisor to the retailer's 18 London area stores.
