CIPD Flexible Learning will provide you with all the support and direction you would expect from a college or University.
To give you this support, at a location that’s convenient to you, CIPD works in partnership with a UK-wide network of independent Learner Support Centres. Learner Support Centres are chosen for their specific HR expertise and they must meet high quality standards in order to gain CIPD approval.
Sessions every 4-6 weeks
You’ll attend a workshop or tutorial session at your local Learner Support Centre for 1 day every 4-6 weeks. These sessions build on what you’ve learned at home and give you the opportunity to network and share ideas with other CIPD Flexible Learning students.
Group Support
You will be allocated to a tutor group by the centre when you begin your study. This provides you with a ready-made network of students, local to you, who you can share ideas with and ask for advice throughout your study and beyond.
One-to-one support
One-to-one tutor support is a unique benefit of CIPD Flexible Learning. Your tutors will work with you to plan your studies and give you direction for the duration of the programme. In between face-to-face tutorials, you will have direct access to your tutors by phone and email.
