Sally Rimington - Home Office, Leeds - Best national examination performance in Specialist and Generalist Personnel and Development.
Catherine Tennant - BAE Systems Saudi Arabia - Best national examination performance in People Management and Development.
MOL learner wins the CIPD People Management Michael Kelly Award

MOL learner Jessica Haglington from Rolls Royce has won this year’s CIPD People Management Michael Kelly Outstanding Student of the Year Award. The Award is given to exceptional students who are able to demonstrate that their studies have helped them to initiate and implement business improvement in their organisations.
Jessica’s project was concerned with Rolls-Royce’s global supply chain, planning and control function and the challenges associated with finding suitable candidates. As a result of her extensive work the external recruitment was reduced and a stronger sense of functional identity was achieved.
As well as the winner, MOL had another learner in the shortlist of six candidates, Jo Wright, National Sales Training Manager at Britvic Soft Drinks.
