How to gain professional
CIPD membership

Studying for a globally-recognised CIPD qualification will develop your HR and business knowledge, and everything you learn can be applied back to the workplace with immediate effect.  CIPD qualifications offered by CIPD Flexible Learning+ provide you with the underpinning knowledge you need in order to updgrade from student membership (while you're studying) to a professional grade of membership.

Foundation Level qualifications

+ CIPD Certificate in HR Practice (CHRP)
+ CIPD Certificate in L&D Practice (CLDP)

APPLY FOR:
Associate member (Assoc CIPD)

The Associate level is a professional grade of CIPD membership that signals to employers, across all sectors, nationally and internationally, that you're able to apply your knowledge in a business context. It also gives you the use of new designatory letters after your name, Assoc CIPD.

Advanced Level qualifications

+ CIPD Advanced Diploma in HRM
+ CIPD Advanced Diploma in HRM

APPLY FOR:
Chartered Member (MCIPD)
Chartered Fellow (FCIPD)
