How do open evenings work?
At an online open evening you can log on to the Internet and view a live presentation and hear from a range of speakers via a webinar.
The sessions are hosted by experts from the CIPD and MOL and include presentations from CIPD Flexible Learning+ facilitators, programme managers and past learners. Importantly, at an online open evening you can ask questions and get involved in the session via text chat.
In these 1 hour online sessions we aim to provide you with an opportunity to:
- gain a better understand what CIPD Flexible Learning+ is and how it is different to other methods of gaining a CIPD qualification
- find out more about the unique blend of workshops, learner resources and support
you’ll receive throughout your studies
- ask questions of the facilitators and programme managers
- hear from someone who has actually studied with us and learn about the impact the qualification is having on their job role and career.
At a face-to-face open evening, you will have the opportunity to:
- understand how CIPD Flexible Learning+ works and how it can benefit your organisation, your current role and your career
- find out more about the unique blend of workshops, learner resources and support you'll receive
- ask questions about the method of study and whether it is suitable for you
- chat with CIPD and MOL programme managers and workshop facilitators and hear more about the credentials of both organisations
- see where your group study workshop would be held, in instances where the open evenings are held in our study venues.
