All of our programmes include a series of workbooks as part of the range of learning resources. The workbooks are made up of mini-chapters called worksessions which guide you through how to apply the knowledge in the textbooks, address typical issues you're likely to meet at work, help you prepare for assignments or exams and link you to other learning resources. Depending on the programme, you only have to attend a workshop every four weeks or so – the rest of your time is yours to schedule as it suits you.

Open evenings
A great way to find out more about the CIPD Flexible Learning+ experience is to attend an open evening, via an online webinar or face-to-face. You'll be able to hear more student views and have all your questions answered by CIPD and MOL programme managers and MOL facilitators.
