This is the third talk in an exciting programme of events for 2015/2016 provided by the CIPD Ireland Midlands Region Committee. The overriding theme throughout this year’s programme is HR Advancing Workplace Capabilities.
The ability of any business to develop a differentiating strategy is crucial, but it will only lead to competitive advantage if you execute it flawlessly. In an unpredictable environment where strategies and businesses evolve and change at an ever increasing cadence, the ability of an organisation to assess and respond to these changes and reconfigure itself to enable strategy execution is more important than ever.
Sarah will share key concepts and fundamental questions that HR can use to walk leaders systemically through the process of creating and implementing winning business strategies. The presentation will cover strategy creation through to designing dynamic organisations that enable strategy implementation.
