CIPD Ireland has carried out a range of surveys in association with academic and other representative bodies.

CIPD-IRN private sector pay survey - March 2016


The survey findings were presented by Mary Connaughton, Director of CIPD Ireland, at the IRN conference on Thursday 10 March 2016. As well as pay expectations, the survey covers non-pay benefits, recruitment intentions and collective bargaining.

The LRC in association with CIPD Ireland commissioned a major research initiative, conducted by a team at the Smurfit School of Business, University College Dublin and the Management School of Queen’s University Belfast, to investigate how HR professionals have gained real influence and enhanced their strategic position as organisations strive to balance payroll reductions with measures to improve commitment and engagement.
