Over one hundred case studies were assembled in the course of the project. Together and separately they provide valuable insights on the interventions that organisations can take to support, accelerate and direct learning. You'll find several case studies within each of the sections below.

In 2005 we worked with the National School for Government, the Employers Organisation for Local Government and the Development Partnership on an action learning programme exploring how best to build an effective and modern HR function in the public sector. This involved nine public sector organisations working together to improve aspects of their HR performance. Below are case studies from these organisations.
