Average HR salaries can start at £24,375 for a graduate level HR officer, to £100,000 for a HR Director and £200,000 or more for a group HR director. While some FTSE20 Group HR directors can earn £500,000+.
The Croner Personnel Rewards 2009-10 Survey, published in conjunction with CIPD, compares salary and reward for HR professionals based on their job level, size of organisation, sector (private or public) and location.
