The CIPD has brought together a small number of companies already recognised as ‘human capital champions’ to participate in a Human Capital Panel. This first report describes the participants’ experience of human capital evaluation and translates this experience into useful examples of practice for other HR professionals. For each participating company, it covers:

  • the data used for reporting purposes
  • measures being developed and used
  • how human capital information is reported both internally and externally
  • how human capital reporting is linked to bottom-line indicators.
