Back to work support for CIPD members

As part of our on-going commitment to support CIPD members throughout their career including periods when not working, we’ve developed a new back-to-work support programme exclusively for CIPD members. It offers advice and help to CIPD members wanting to return to the world of work after an extended period owing to redundancy, maternity or career break. This back-to-work programme is free for CIPD members.

Outplacement scheme

We have partnered with Penna, who will provide out of work CIPD members with a tailored outplacement programme for the period of one month. This service will be provided by Penna from their offices around the UK or virtually. The service will consist of:

  • a workshop
  • a one-to-one career coaching session
  • access to Penna’s online support tool, Penna Sunrise
  • access to one of Penna’s office locations for one month.
