This quarterly survey of employee attitudes, which explores the fast-changing world of work and emerging challenges for individuals, employers and policy-makers. It's based on a representative sample of more than 2,000 people in employment in the UK.
This report, subtitled Working life in a recession, finds that the proportion of people reporting they feel under excessive pressure at work has increased over the last six months. In all, 42% of employees feel under pressure either every day or once or twice a week compared with a figure of 38% for our spring Employee Outlook survey.The report covers:
