In partnership with Roffey Park Institute, the Tripartite Alliance for Fair Employment Practices (TAFEP) conducted research to uncover useful insights from how leading employers in Singapore started and progressed on their journey of fair employment and inclusion.

The CIPD has produced a number of reports in the area of diversity and inclusion, the latest of which Opening up talent for business success published in March 2010, is used here as the basis for comparison with the key findings from the Singapore-based organisations.
