The findings of our 2012 Learning and Talent Development survey, conducted in partnership with Cornerstone OnDemand, indicate extensive use of tried-and-tested models of learning analysis and diagnostics, with little awareness of emerging models from neuroscience, cognitive research and behavioural science.

This report provides an overview of the pros and drawbacks of popular traditional models and looks at key aspects of some newer disciplines. It encourages learning and talent development professionals to be open to exploring these newer approaches and consider integrating them into their practice to bring it to the next level.
