Sustainability is the buzzword of the decade. The impact of business on its environment is also something which has come under greater scrutiny. More recently the ability of business to continue in business, something which more and more requires constant innovation and change, has also been put under the spotlight.

This report, which has been produced in partnership with the ACCA, looks at the role of human capital reporting in sustainability reports and the extent to which sustainability reporting recognises the impact of people as drivers of sustainable performance.
