About this download

The CIPD commissioned the Work and Employment Research Centre (WERC) from the University of Bath School of Management to produce a series of reports around the theme of innovation.

This first part provides insight into how some key organisations, operating in different sectors and facing an array of challenges and opportunities, have managed to innovate and improve.  In particular the report refers to a detailed best practice case of ‘One Team’ established by Marks and Spencer and their logistics providers.
