About this download
This summary report presents the key findings from the Shaping the Future two-year research programme. The core of the research was undertaken with six case study organisations from the public and private sectors:
- BIG Lottery Fund
- Birmingham City Council
- NHS Dumfries and Galloway
- Pfizer (Grange Castle)
- Standard Chartered
- Xerox
Phase 2 of the research was conducted between June and October 2010 and was designed to examine in more detail the six themes that our phase 1 research had indicated were important for long-term performance.
The aim of the report is to provide learning and insights that practitioners can apply to create change in their organisations and so really drive performance for the long term.
