This report builds on CIPD research findings gathered during 2014 and 2015 exploring executive pay and employees' views on executive pay. It also includes data, from a YouGov survey commissioned by the CIPD, of employees' views on  a range of practical suggestions to better link CEO pay to their employees and their organisations success. The survey findings explores views on:

View The power and pitfalls of executive reward: A behavioural perspective

 

Executive pay

Looks at what steps can be taken to better link reward with success in large firms. By taking a behavioural science perspective, it looks at how reward drives CEO pay and finds that too much reliance is being placed on pay, bonuses and incentives to manage executive performance.
