Learning and talent development 2013

Our 2013 survey, produced in partnership with Cornerstone OnDemand, provides data on the main trends and issues in learning and talent development. This year's report also looks at e-learning, collaborative and social learning, talent management, leadership development, apprenticeships, union learning representatives (ULRs), employee orientation for new starters (onboarding) and assessing the impact of L&TD.
