The Employee Outlook survey, produced in partnership with Halogen Software is now produced twice a year. This will allow more time for trends to develop between surveys and we will also be running more topical focus outlook reports in between.

The survey of over 2,500 employees found that one in three employees report that their career progression to date has failed to meet their expectations and more than a quarter are either dissatisfied or very dissatisfied with the level of career training and development offered by their current employer.

"Despite job satisfaction scores being on the rise, employers should take stock of how employees are feeling about their careers in general."
