Resource summary

This first HR Outlook report is designed to provide insight and expert commentary on the HR profession and emerging trends within HR. This new survey will take place on a biannual basis and, together with our well-established Labour Market Outlook and Employee Outlook, will form part of the CIPD Outlook series.

The survey draws on the input and views of 2,266 HR professionals within UK organisations – 319 of whom are among the most senior in the profession.
