We compare the views of HR and non-HR business leaders about HR's current and future contribution to business performance.
The findings show that they are aligned on the business priorities for today and tomorrow. However there is a difference of perception about HR's involvement in business strategy. From the survey findings we draw out six insights which HR needs to act upon.
