This quarter's Focus looks at employers' attitudes to the performance and employability of groups such as older workers, ethnic minorities, lone parents, disabled people, young people without qualifications, the long-term unemployed and ex-offenders. Employers are also asked their views on incentives to encourage them to employ these disadvantaged groups.
