This survey report examines organisations’ approaches to learning, talent development and innovation as well as some of the key challenges being faced and current and projected budgets for learning and development.
Encouraging findings reveal that many organisations are prioritising talent management activities, which are perceived as effective, and that a high proportion of organisations are actively trying to raise skill levels, particularly through coaching.
This survey is based on 1,088 respondent organisations from across Hong Kong, China, South Korea, Malaysia, Singapore and Taiwan. Individual country profiles are also included.
