Mentoring and coaching scheme

The branch currently operates a mentoring and coaching scheme, comprising trained HR mentors and coaches who have volunteered to support other members within the Branch. The aim of our scheme is to provide members at whatever level and stage in their career with support and guidance from a more experienced HR practitioner for approximately six months. 

The branch is keen to offer help to members, whether they are currently studying to become CIPD qualified, or are an experienced HR practitioner. Do you need support and help with a particular project or assignment? Are you looking for your first HR job role or a change in role? Perhaps you are thinking of moving from an operational to a strategic HR role, or simply need support with upgrading your level of membership.
